Honor Society: Fashionably Late Tour to Support the Release of Their Debut Album

HONOR SOCIETY’S DEBUT ALBUM, FASHIONABLY LATE, AVAILABLE SEPTEMBER 15

NEW YORK, Sept. 1– One of this year’s breakout bands, Honor Society (www.myspace.com/honorsociety), announced today dates and cities for “The Fashionably Late Tour.” This will be the band’s second headlining tour after this summer’s Full Moon Crazy Tour and will support the September 15 release of their debut album, Fashionably Late. The tour is presented by USA Pears and kicks off in Minneapolis on September 21 at the Varsity Theater. Tickets are on sale now.

Honor Society has become one of this summer’s hottest new acts as they toured with the Jonas Brothers and Jordin Sparks and brought their high energy live performances to new fans around the country. In addition to playing to packed arenas, Honor Society kept the party going as they headlined the Full Moon Crazy Tour that would sell out venues like the Blender Theater in New York City. In addition to the two tours, Honor Society maintained a hectic schedule as they promoted the single, “Where Are You Now,” met with fans at Verizon stores and held impromptu performances that would drew up to 1,000 fans.

The band’s first single, “Over You,” is currently hitting the radio airwaves and premiered this weekend on national television as they performed at the US Open’s Arthur Ashe Kids Day in New York City. “Over You” is currently on rotation on XM Satellite Radio’s Kiss FM Channel and was recently featured on People.com.

Tongue Dried Sun at Martini Ranch June 5

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

TONGUE DRIED SUN

FRIDAY, JUNE 5

After performing a high energy set at the Tempe Music Festival earlier this year, Tongue Dried Sun returns for a performance at Martini Ranch This Friday, June 5. The show will begin at 10:00pm. Tickets can be purchased at the door.

After a three year hiatus, Tongue Dried Sun (TDS) re-emerged back onto the music scene.  TDS has just finished up a brand new album titled Zero Hour with world renowned producer Dave Jerden and Producer/Engineer Bryan Carlstrom (Alice in Chains, Janes Addiction, Offspring, etc…).

With original members: Paul Opocensky (vox, guitar), Wyatt Bills (guitar), Steven Natale (drums), and Joey Moraga (bass) TDS has once again decided to put their stamp on Rock ‘n’ Roll. With their diverse sound going from songs such as “Out of Mind” and “Zero Hour” (which include high energy music and soaring/screaming vocals) right into songs such as “M*” or “Live Free” (which have smooth acoustic, groove filled music along with soulful clean vocals.) This wide range of music and vocals sets TDS apart from most bands, who generally have the one range and sound. TDS has a goal to bring back the “Album Band”; a band that has an albums worth of great songs so the listener has a hard time picking one or two favorites, but pushes play at track one and never skips a song. They will be taken on an emotional musical experience until the last track is done.

TDS has many years of experience in the music business. Even starting their own indie label “SWAP Records” in Nov. 2002. TDS has also shared the stage with the likes of Journey, Collective Soul, Jimmy Eat World, Alice Cooper, The Nuge, David Lee Roth and others. TDS has come back with one main objective; to help bring back great Rock music

Martini Ranch on Saturday, May 23. The show will begin at 8:00pm.

Cowboy Mouth shows are legendary, and have been witnessed by more than 8 million fans to date. Crowd participation is a must at a Cowboy Mouth show. Led by Fred’s larger-than-life presence, the band’s performances are high energy and extraordinarily intense, usually leaving audiences as drenched and spent as the band. Cowboy Mouth fans range from ages five to age eighty-five, but they have one thing in common - as Fred confides to the audience, “Cowboy Mouth is about pretending that you’re five years old, naked as a jaybird and about to turn the hose on your parents, and there’s not a damn thing they can do about it.”

Always on the road, they’ve toured several times with their friends in Hootie and the Blowfish, Barenaked Ladies, Sister Hazel and Better Then Ezra. Annually presenting roughly 200 shows per year, releasing nearly a dozen records, and featured on TV shows and radio stations everywhere, Cowboy Mouth has been sharing a slice of Mardi Gras heaven with millions of fans worldwide.
